Even more of the school you love

The Encore! programme is our very own provision of wrap around care before and after school, providing enriching, nurturing and creative opportunities for students aged 5 – 13 every day from 7.15 am until 6:00 pm. This paid service includes breakfast and dinner, and is designed to give families the flexibility to choose how many days a week they need this extended care. As the name suggests, Encore! offers even more of the school community and values that our students love!

The programme is led by our Encore! Director, Zou Fraser, and her dedicated team. With many years experience as an elementary classroom teacher, Zou knows our children and our community well. She and her experienced team ensure the same high-quality, caring ISA experience continues from 7.15 am, right up until 6:00 pm.

Clubs and activities

The first hour is all about exploration and fun. Students can choose from a wide selection of our regular after school clubs, whether it’s joining a sports team, getting creative in an art club, or trying a new activity. This first hour is included for all students, ensuring everyone has a chance to pursue their passions.

Relax and recharge

After a busy day of learning and activities, students need a space to unwind. Our comfy Encore! room is the perfect spot to chill out, read a book, play a quiet board game with friends, or simply relax before the next part of the afternoon.

Family-style dinner

After a busy afternoon of play, we offer a delicious and healthy shared meal to refuel. We treat this as a family-style occasion, with students encouraged to help with serving and clearing away. It’s a lovely way to build community before settling into a quiet activity.

Time for play

We make full use of our amazing campus to ensure students get plenty of active playtime. Depending on the weather and the mood, children can burn off energy in the gym hall, enjoy the fresh air in the playground, or use our other fantastic indoor and outdoor facilities.



Supported homework

We help remove the stress of evening homework. There is dedicated time and a quiet space for students to focus on and complete their assignments before heading home, with our staff on hand to provide support and encouragement. This means evenings can be reserved for quality family time.
