AIS Wellbeing Seminar Recordings Now Available
The virtual ‘Wellbeing in Difficult Times’ series was the first of its kind in Aberdeen, which saw Aberdeen’s Four independent schools – ISA, Robert Gordon’s College, St Margaret’s School for Girls and Albyn School – collectively known as Aberdeen Independent Schools (AIS) collaborate to deliver a series of free online seminars focused on mental health and wellbeing.
We were delighted with the attendance across all seminars with hundreds of viewers tuning in and engaging with our experts. The positive feedback has been extremely encouraging so we wanted to share the seminars as widely as possible.
If you missed the opportunity to join us live, all four webinars are now available for viewing:
ISA - The ‘Power of Mind’ to Enhance Your Mental & Physical Wellbeing” by Dr. Bruce Lawrie
Robert Gordon’s College – ‘Impact and Opportunity relating to the Covid-19 pandemic’ by Jane Lunnon, Lena Carter and Graham Goulden.
St Margaret’s School for Girls – ‘Look after your SWANS: Dr T’s 5 Key Areas to Better Resilience’ by Dr T.
Albyn School – ‘Family Wellbeing’ by Astrid Whyte
