ISA supports ‘Nexgen Energy’ virtual event hosted by Energy Voice.
Our Head of School, Nick Little, will be a panellist and presenter at the “NexGen Energy” virtual event hosted by Energy Voice on Wednesday 31st March.
NextGen Energy will focus on inspiring the next generation and will include two panel sessions examining how we educate, upskill, and retrain the workforce across a changing energy sector to strengthen the future of Oil & Gas in the North Sea and beyond.
The event will connect a diverse mixture of leading corporates, educators, today’s energy professionals and the young-go-getters of tomorrow.
Mr Little will be discussing a forward-thinking education. One which prepares children for the future, recognising dispositions are as important as knowledge and skills. With a focus on cultivating leaders, Nick will explore how we effectively prepare our children for a rapidly changing world.
Mr Little Commented: “ISA is excited to sponsor the Energy Voice NextGen Energy 2021 and join industry leaders to discuss future talent and inspiring meaningful roles across the energy sector. Events like these highlight the importance of schools developing systematic self-directed learning so the next generation can deeply influence business performance in the changing world we face.”
